Orders and Payments You can place an order online through our website or offline by visiting any of our authorized dealers or distributors. You can pay online with your credit card or PayPal account, or offline with cash or card at the store. You will receive an order confirmation email or receipt after placing your order. We will ship your order within 3-5 business days after receiving your payment. We will send you a tracking number and delivery information once your order is shipped. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, fees, or charges that may apply to your order.
Delivery and Risk of Loss We will deliver your order to the address you provide us when placing your order. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, but we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on time or without any errors or damages. You must return the product in its original packaging and condition, along with a copy of your order confirmation email or receipt and the RAN.
You must ship the product to our address: Coatiz, 2415 70th AVE, W university place,WA 98466. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs and ensuring that the product arrives safely.
You must return the product within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following products:
Custom-made or personalized products, such as products with your name, logo, or design.
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by you or a third party.
Products that are past their expiration date or shelf life.
Products that are not in their original packaging or condition.
We will inspect the returned product and process your refund or exchange within 10 business days after receiving it. We will refund you using the same payment method that you used to place the order. We will exchange the product for the same or similar product of equal or lesser value.
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product from us, we apologize for any inconvenience and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide us with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the product if possible. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the product to us and we will replace it with a new one at no extra cost to you.
Warranty and Disclaimer We warrant that our products will conform to their specifications and be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, EXPECTATIONS, OR NEEDS, OR THAT THEY WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
